1. Data controller
ETIIC Sàrl ("we", "us") is the data controller responsible for your personal data processed through this website. This policy complies with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nDSG / revDSG) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.
2. Our approach to privacy
EquityTribes is a static website. We have designed it to collect as little personal data as possible. There are no user accounts, no comment systems, no tracking pixels, and no advertising networks.
3. Data we collect
Server and CDN logs — Cloudflare may collect technical data including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited as part of its hosting, CDN, and security services.
Analytics — If privacy-first analytics are enabled, they collect anonymous, aggregated usage data only.
Newsletter subscription — If you subscribe, we collect and store your email address. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Contact communications — If you contact us by email, we process the personal data contained in your correspondence to respond.
4. Legal basis for processing
Legitimate interest — For website security and anonymous analytics.
Consent — For newsletter subscriptions. You may withdraw consent at any time.
5. Data sharing and transfers
We rely on infrastructure providers such as Cloudflare for hosting, CDN, and DDoS protection. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Cloudflare operates a global CDN and maintains international transfer safeguards including participation in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.
